They are famous for their doubled boiled milk with egg white. I guess this is a either you love it or hate it dessert. If you like milky stuff, you will love this. If you do not, then you might want to stay clear.
Its double boiled, you can see a thin layer of curd formed on top of the milk pudding itself. It uses 100 percent fresh milk. This is a very tedious and laborious dessert to make. You can select to consume it hot or cold. They also have it in other flavors like ginger, chocolate etc.
HK locals love to have ginger milk curd. Not my personal favorite as I am not into ginger.

Here is the classic milk pudding.
Quite packed and they will clear your plates when you finish.
I will definitely go back and try other flavors as I am a milk lover.
