Atmosphere:   No table sharing but its very cramped and packed

Service:  Brisk.
Directions: Exit E at Causeway Bay MTR, turn right and right turn again, walk along the road and walk towards the picture of entrance below. Its located at Island Beverly which is directly opposite Sogo Entrance. Take the lift up to 5th floor.

**Always check for the latest restaurant address as they tend to relocate often.** They have many outlets, its a chain. (Hung Hom, Mongkok, Causeway Bay, Prince Edward, TST, Jordon, Yuen Long)

I like the texture of their noodles, its very chewy. I like the broth, you can select range of spiciness from mild to strong.

Its more sourish than spicy. I am not a big Chili fan although I love my Chili and spice. And I did enjoy my bowl of noodles. My friend who loves all things super spicy, do not find it spicy enough for her. She had selected her soup to be of Medium spiciness.

The small dishes that came with it was not bad. But there was also some misses. Again, the spicy level of the side dishes can be requested.

This is my first time eating Spicy Sour Sichuan noodles and I liked it. I guess I  just have to try more hot spicy noodles. Its an excuse for eating more. I was pretty inspired to the extent of trying to recreate the dish at home. So yes, I would go back again for the noodles.

Do be prepared to queue as I saw a queue when I made my exit. The best time to eat was of course not during lunch hours. I went there at 2pm on a weekday and did not had to queue.
